Once you have registered using your business's login page, you can access your THRIVe training without having to register again. This article displays common issues learners may experience when accessing Web-Based training.
Username Not Recognized
If you attempt to access https://mlevelweb.com using a username the platform does not recognize, you will see this error:
Be sure to look at the registration email you received from support@mlevel.com and enter those credentials exactly as they are entered in the email, including capitalization.
Password Not Recognized
If you attempt to access https://mlevelweb.com using an incorrect password, you will see this error message:
Either return to your registration email and ensure you are entering the specified password in the same way, including capitalization, or, click reset password and enter your email address in the text field to begin resetting your password.
Unable to Load the Page
If you are unable to access the MLevel site at all, follow the instructions in this article.
