Login Issue - iPad

If you are currently experiencing issues logging into the mLevel App on your iPad please see the steps below to resolve it:


Once you have opened the mLevel App on your iPad, you will see the following login screen.

When you click in the box where it says "Email" you will receive a dialog box to type in as seen below:

Proceed to type in the box for your information to appear in the email field and the same for the password field. Be sure not to click the down arrow in the bottom right corner as you will no longer be able to type in the email or password fields. If you do, be sure to close the app and restart it.
