Creating a Master User File

In order to provide your employees access to the mLevel platform, a Master User File must be created.

Required Fields

  • Unique ID – This can be a UserID, Employee ID or any other identifier that does not change
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Login Name – This field can be the same as the email address if desired. Simply populate the email address in both columns.

Groupable Fields

Optionally, you have the ability to add group-able fields to the Master User File that can be displayed on the leaderboard. Below is a list of previously used groupable fields:

  • Region
  • Location
  • Manager
  • Line of Business (LOB)
  • City Employment Status Country

Important Note: If you are going to be using more than one geo location for your mission, we recommend adding this column to indicate which tenant the user is supposed to be assigned to.

The master user file must be in a .csv file format.  Please reference the template in the link below.
