Opt to Not Record Scores for a User

In the User Manager tool, you can opt to not record scores from the leaderboards and Analytics tool on an individual user.  If this is enabled on a user, when that particular user plays games/missions, no scores or data will be recorded and therefore will not appear on the leaderboards OR within the Analytics tool.

Note: You must be an mLevel Admin in order to access, and you must have the User Management Admin role in order to make changes to users in the User Manager tool.

  1. Login to the User Manager tool.  
  2. Find the user of which you don't want scores to be recorded for.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click the checkbox next to "Do Not Collect Data for Leaderboard / Reporting Dashboard.
  4. Click UPDATE USER.
