User Roles

The mLevel platform includes several different tools and components to help you manage your learning content, analytics, and users.  

We've outlined the various types of Administrative user roles below:

 Role

 Access this role provides

mLevel Admin

- Full access to Mission Management for given Tenant.
- Full access to Analytics Dashboard for given Tenant.
- Read-only access to User Management for given Tenant.

mLevel Reports

- Full access to the Analytics Dashboard for given Tenant.

User Management Admin

- Full access to User Management at the Customer level; can assign users to tenants / groups, create users, create groups, and edit user information.

User Management Read-only 

- Read-only access to User Management at the Customer level; user can see all users, groups, and tenant information for the customer.

Beta

- Access to features flagged as "Beta" for a given Tenant.
