The mLevel platform includes several different tools and components to help you manage your learning content, analytics, and users.
We've outlined the various types of Administrative user roles below:

mLevel Admin |
- Full access to Mission Management for given Tenant. - Full access to Analytics Dashboard for given Tenant. - Read-only access to User Management for given Tenant. |
mLevel Reports |
- Full access to the Analytics Dashboard for given Tenant. |
Reports by Groups |
- Allows for Analytics Dashboard access only to defined user groups. |
Reporting Name Redacted |
- Hides the user's name from the Analytics Dashboards and displays only a unique identifier. - Used to protect the privacy of a user's learner data if so required. |
User Management Admin |
- Full access to User Management at the Customer level; can assign users to tenants / groups, create users, create groups, and edit user information. (Note: Typically used for only Internal Authentication customers) |
Beta |
- Access to features flagged as "Beta" for a given Tenant. (Note: This is a legacy feature and is no longer in use) |
