Sending a Data Report to Email or FTP

We now offer the ability to send Data Reports to Email addresses and FTP servers.

Sending a Data Report to an Email Address(es)

Note: The recipient(s) must have access to analytics.mlevel.com in order to download the report.

1.  To start, click the New Report button from the Export tab.

2.  As you would do with a normal report, enter a Name, select a Report Type, Missions, and the Date Range.
3.  Select Email as the option under "Export To".

4.  In the Email Address(es) field, input the email address(es) you want to send the report to.
5.  You now have the option to Save the report (to send it later), Export Now (send the report now), or Setup a Recurring Export.
6.  When the Email is received, it will include a secure link to download the Data Report from.  If a recipient receives the email and is not authorized to access analytics.mlevel.com, they will be notified that they don't have the proper rights and won't be able to download the export file.
